Avril Lavigne's has been off the musical map for a while, but her new single "What the Hell" announced that she is again with a vengeance. The Canadian singer has a new album known as Goodbye Lullaby and a killer new video that shows off her punchy, spunky attitude. Though she has slowly moved away from the pop-punk-fueled sound of her early work, she nonetheless has the same form of manic power, which tends to present itself in her sense of style and style. She was spotted with a handful of vivid colours in her hair on the streets of Paris, shopping and happily taking pictures with fans.
